When you work with us, all communication goes directly through Ami. She serves as your estimator, designer, and project manager, giving you a single, reliable point of contact from start to finish. This means clearer guidance, accurate pricing, and a plan that’s thoughtfully developed before work ever begins.

Ami takes the time to truly understand your vision, walk you through options, set realistic expectations, and talk about what surprises might come up before the work starts. Should any surprises come up, Ami will talk to you about them and show you what is needed before any additional work is started. 

Behind the scenes, Ami works with a team of highly skilled installers she’s trusted for years. Because of these long-standing relationships, we can ensure the quality and attention to detail you deserve. Working this way provides a seamless process, better communication, and a finished space that reflects your vision—done right the first time.

We operate out of contractor showrooms to offer our clients a broader range of products and services, which cuts down on the cost of having a traditional showroom. Traditional showrooms have higher markups associated with them and often can only install or sell what is shown in their showrooms.

At Hi Hat Installations, we are not the least expensive, and we are not the most expensive - our goal is to meet our clients’ needs when it comes to design, project management, quality, and time while offering moderate pricing, personalized services with high-end touches.
